Cineworld Group CFO decides to step down

Cineworld Group has announced that its chief financial officer (CFO) Philip Bowcock has decided to step down to pursue other interests.The company said it would begin searching for his replacement immediately.The interim role will be filled by deputy chief executive Israel Greidinger, who was the CFO of Cinema City International before its combination with Cineworld in February 2014.Shares declined 2.64% to 495.56p by 14:12.
