Chemring Group Buys Back 15,000 Shares/3059P-3030P

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Chemring Group PLC (CHG.LN) said Tuesday that on June 28, it purchased 15,000 of its ordinary shares at prices between 3059 pence and 3030 pence per share, which will be held as treasury shares.
