Carnival announces 17 per cent rise in bookings at namesake cruise line

On Monday night Carnival announced that net bookings at its namesake cruise line increased by 17 per cent in January when compared with the comparable year ago figure, reaching 565,000, Marketwatch.com reported.The cruise ship company also operates several other well-known lines such as Costa, Princess Cruises and P&O Cruises.-- More to follow -- AB
