Capital Gearing Trust in equity issue

(ShareCast News) - Capital Gearing Trust, a self-managed investment trust listed on the London Stock Exchange, has issued fresh equity.In market update on Tuesday, CGT said it had issued 2,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p from its block listing facility at a price of 3,403 pence per share.The company's issued share capital now consists of 3,086,821 Ordinary shares, of which 81 Ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 3,086,740.At 1551 GMT, CGT shares were up 1.30% or 44p to 3424.00p.
