Capita agrees sale of National Dental Plan for £31.7m

(ShareCast News) - Capita has agreed the sale of National Dental Plan to Unum Group for a cash consideration of £31.7m on a cash free, debt free basis.The outsourcing company said the deal is subject to regulatory approval.At 0918 BST, Capita shares were down 0.4% at 1,289p.
