LONDON (Dow Jones)--British American Tobacco PLC (BATS.LN) said Friday it will buy back EUR470 million of its 4.375% bond due 2011 and EUR429 million of its 3.625% bond due 2012 following the completion of its bond tender offer. It also plans to sell a new two-part, euro- and sterling-denominated bond issue, it added.
