Attraqt Group names Tom Crawford as chairman

(Sharecast News) - Ecommerce solutions provider Attraqt Group named Tom Crawford as non-executive chairman on Monday, with immediate effect.
Crawford will take over from Nick Habgood, who has stepped down from his role as chairman but will remain available to Attraqt for "a number of months" in order to facilitate a smooth transition.
In addition to his new role at Attraqt, Crawford has held the role of chairman at K3 Business Technology Group, and was, until January 2020, chief executive officer of Aptitude Software Group.
Chief executive Mark Adams said: "Tom is a decisive and energetic leader known for his ability to execute strategies and motivate team members. With a rare mix of sales, commercial, finance and operations experience, I am confident that Attraqt will benefit from Tom's expertise as we continue to execute on our growth strategy."
As of 1200 BST, Attraqt shares were up 0.46% at 43.70p.
