Informa has revealed that Pamela Kirby is to step down as Chair of the Remuneration Committee at the same time as the firm's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Finance Director leave the company.Kirby, currently Chairman of US chemistry-focused drug discovery and development firm Scynexis, first joined Informa back in 2004 as a Non-Executive Director.The information and events group said on Tuesday that Kirby has decided to step down from the board and will be replaced by Non-Executive Director Geoffrey Cooper - currently the CEO of builders' merchant Travis Perkins - on January 1st 2014.As announced in July, Informa CEO Peter Rigby is to leave the company on Friday and Stephen Carter - the CEO-Designate who previously served as a Non-Executive Director - will take over Rigby's job on January 1st.Informa said that Rigby, who joined the company in 1983, will receive a bonus equivalent to 100% of his base salary for his work in 2013. He will also receive shares under the firm's long-term incentive plan and deferred share bonus plan.Finance Director Adam Walker is also set to leave the firm, as he moves to a similar role at engineering group GKN. Informa said: "In relation to Adam Walker, the Remuneration Committee will determine in February 2014 what, if any, remuneration payments may be made depending on the trading results for the 2013 financial year and in accordance with the usual annual bonus calculation process," Informa said.BC
