LONDON (Dow Jones)--AdEPT Telecom PLC (ADT.LN), an independent provider of telecommunications services for fixed line, mobile and data connectivity, Tuesday reported a full year pretax loss of GBP114,000, compared with a loss of GBP1.40 million a year earlier.
