Software and computer group Access Intelligence has completed the acquisition of global software provider Cision UK and Vocus UK (C&V) for £1.34m.In a statement released on Wednesday, the London-listed company, which had originally announced the deal on 16 June, added the integration of C&V was underway."The acquisition of the UK operations of Cision and Vocus clearly demonstrates our continued commitment to the investment in our platform and our future development plans will significantly drive the PR and media intelligence industry forward in the UK," group chairman Michael Jackson said last week.Access Intelligence shares were down 2.71% to 3.77p at 10:13 on Wednesday.
