(ShareCast News) - 21st Century Technology, which provides IT solutions to the transport sector, has won a £1m contract from an antipodean bus operator to provide engineering support services for an upgrade on its fleet.The upgrade will modernise the bus operator's fleet of over 1,000 buses, which carries over 50m passengers a year, with CCTV and introduce a wireless video download system on 420 vehicles starting immediately, and will be completed during 2017.Chief executive Russ Singleton said: "This further demonstrates our capability in providing world-class solutions to major fleets throughout the UK, continental Europe and now further afield, through a bespoke technical and engineering solution."Shares in 21st Century Technology were up 5.45% to 2.90p at 1004 GMT.
